Tammi Lacy

Tammi Lacy joined the JCRC in January 2017, just in time to greet our first participants in the clinic!  She holds an Associate’s Degree in Web Design and is self-trained in design software, which she uses to design the clinic’s marketing materials.  Tammi also has over 10 years’ experience as an Optician, teaching countless new contact lens wearers to properly manage their lenses.  In her 20+ years customer service experience, she has managed trade shows, software user events, and many, many parties.

Being the “mood maker” of the team, Tammi brings a bit of sunshine to the clinic.  Our subjects look forward to her calls and to seeing her smiling face when they arrive.  She is proud to call JCRC home and loves working with her team.

An artist at heart, Tammi works with resin in her spare time to create beautiful pieces for her Etsy shop (you may have seen a couple around the clinic).  She also loves photography, cake decorating, and spending time with her husband of 20 years and 16 year old bratty little cat, Franklin.

Jennifer Hill

Jennifer Hill is the clinic manager and backbone of the JCRC.  She began her career in the legal field, however, healthcare has always piqued her interests.  While she holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, healthcare has always found a way into Jennifer’s career choices.  She began her research career at CIBA Vision working on phase IV clinical trials.  She then moved into the Program Administrator role managing the third largest Internal Medicine Residency Program in the nation.  Upon joining PRA Health Sciences, Jennifer and team opened the Johns Creek Research Clinic (JCRC) in 2016.
